Just had a great experience with Mena. Have been trying to get a new policy sorted for months, spoke to multiple providers and Mena was easily the standout - so much so that I switched there and then. She was super friendly and knowledgeable, I didn't feel like she was being pushy at all, which probably made me want to switch even more.
