How we get paid

Choicey has established a collaborative partnership with The ItsMy Group (IMG) for the provision of health insurance advice. IMG maintains affiliations with various health funds included in our selection panel.

When a Choicey insurance consultant provides assistance by:

Recommending a more appropriate health insurance product from one of our affiliated health funds,

And you subsequently enrol with that recommended fund – (to review the affiliated funds),

IMG receives a commission from the health fund upon your enrolment, which is then forwarded to us. This compensation may be a one-time fee or distributed over a period of years, depending on the specific arrangement with the fund.

It is important to note that our health insurance advisors are not privy to the details of the compensation we receive from the health funds they recommend. This information is strictly confidential and not disclosed to them.

Our service essentially acts as an additional marketing avenue for health funds. Crucially, opting to join a health fund through our service does not incur any additional costs on your premium.

Both Choicey and IMG adhere to the Private Health Insurance Intermediaries Association’s code of conduct, ensuring our commitment to ethical and professional standards in our operations.
